Shipping & Delivery

Return policy

We are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 14 days of purchase.

The journal needs to be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Please expect 14 days of processing time in regards to returning. The payment will be returned to the credit card used to purchase the order. The return shipping cost will not be included in your refund.

Hola Luna cannot be held accountable in case the journal is lost or mishandled by the shipping company.

Payments

The payment is withdrawn from your credit card, once the package is shipped. Shipping is done within 2-3 business days.
