challenge: energy flows where attention goes

To get what you want to have to become clear about it and give it the attention it needs. The new moon challenge of this cycle is conncted to journaling, manifestation and visualization. Pick out one concrete goal/dream/intention and focus on it every single day via journaling, meditation and visualization. Every day take time to close your eyes and see your dream unfold behind your eyelids. Give it the attention, the energy and the love it needs to come to live. Write about in your journal and lets see at the end of this cycle where you are. When you learn how to focus your energy, amazing things happen. Are you up for it? 

 

challenge: morning check-in / meditation

The new moon challenge for the coming cycle will be a short and sweet morning check-in / meditation. In order to make it easy and manageable I have put it down to 10 minutes, but you can go with 3 if that suits you better. I have previous done morning meditations but since getting a baby, I have fallen out of habit and want to start up again. This is the perfect opportunity and challenge for me, because I know how powerful it is to start your day with a check-in. It really tunes you in to a concious frequency.

I could see from last challenge that what works best for me is to have it as concrete as possible. Same time, same place every day. And knowing before hand what I will do. As a Kundalini practitioner this will be my mini-set:

  • Tune-in to the energy I wish to hold for the practice

  • Breath of Fire 3 min

  • Alternate Nostril Breathing 3 min

  • Tune out to the energy I wish to hold for the day ahead

  • Visualize my highest self 2 min

This will be approximately 10 minutes in total and I will start by doing it in the morning before my son wakes up. If that does not work out I will move it to when he takes his first nap.

You don’t have to do the same meditation as me. You can find a way that works for you. Even 3 minutes with a conscious breath in the morning may shift your energy and frequency for the day. Morning meditation is like a morning shower for you mind.

challenge: body movement every day

Welcome to the first and now also second Hola Luna New Moon Challenge. I hope you are ready to jump another round of this challange about body movement every day during the cycle. It can be whatever kind of body movement and you can have your own reasons for why this is important to you.

On the site I find a lot of short and sweet training videos focusing on core strength which is my why. I want to be strong in my core, so I can carry around my baby without hurting my back.
